1. This startup exploits those who join them by saying its a growing company by making them work more than 10 hours everyday including Saturdays. 2. They make you work till they want to and fire you without prior notice. Theu say you aren't meeting their expectations without setting them up in the first place. 3. Since they operate in the development sector, they are financially not very strong. They hardly have anything in their bank account to pay for their employees. Whenever they run out of money, they fire employees saying they are not meeting the expectations. 4. The work is completely unstructured and there is no streamlining in any process or department. They expect you to do wonders from day 1. 5. They give you fancy designations and titles while interviewing, but they end up firing you. 6. They take you out for team parties and outings frequently, and they feel that is the increment they can afford to pay to their people.
