I got to know about new things, got the opportunity to meet customers and talk to them, which put an end to the fear of talking to someone inside me.

The management here is very bad, only the area manager cares about the staff and someone else, just do the work, instead of 9 hours if you do it for 10 or 11 hours then it's fine but if you have done it for 9 hours then it means you are not working. And here you don't turn it off even in emergency, there is no reply on time after mailing, the management of lenskart is useless, then not only in my area but in all regions there is same problem....Read More
