I wouldn’t recommend this school to students or teachers unless you are looking for a hobby and not a career.
Dislikes
1- The school lacks quality education for the fees which they are charging.
2- There is no discipline when it comes to office.
They have hired under qualified people at a low cost and expect them to do multiple tasks which are not even defined in their KRA at the time of joining.
3- One employee is reporting to multiple people/directors making it difficult to complete the task at hand or produce quality work resulting in being constantly questioned for the lack of performance.
4- I do not want to sound castist but they prefer and promote people from their own marwadi jain community. So if you prefer working in a disciplined and professional environment where your work is valued, this organisation will be a total disappointment.
5- There is no work culture people come to the office at 2:00 pm in the name of flexible timing because of which entire teams’s productivity suffers.
6-The directors lack vision and approach to run the school and its reflected in the quality of work students produce resulting in almost nil campus placements.
6-Most of the employees leave within weeks and months of joining because of the preferential treatment towards their own community people who are either their acquaintances or family members.
7- After resigning the notice period is 3 months, which makes it impossible for the employees to join the future firm and most of them end up leaving without completing the notice period and they don’t even get paid.

The salary range is really less and they want a employee to multitask ie to handle recruitment and administration work simultaneously.
Ms. Samira Shah she has no manners how to behave with her employee
The entire facility is fraud. Everything is for show even many of the fashion designing teachers were tricked into their system. Extremely high fees and social media presence but no standard of education. I know teachers who only taught there after studying in the same academy because they didn't get any other job owing to their poor quality education in Le Mark. It's an absolute scam that everybody should be vary of. On top of that, if you go as an employee, they would pay you a penny. Yes, absolutely penny. And even you would not face the competition confidently because years of experience compared to skill development won't be in proportion. Even if you get a job, they will play many petty games in the end like extending your notice period and not releasing your internship letter. As a cherry on the top, you will see the ugliest face of nepotism and castism in the system. So, please choose your company wisely....Read More
