Likes

Well organized factory along with 1500 acre of tea plantations. Work environment is good. Salary structure is average. Lots of opportunity for training in plantation & cultivation & pest management sectors.

Dislikes

Job security along with career growth is not good.Salary structure is average.

My work is challenging because the location was very interior & insurgency problem was there.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
