The ceo is a megalomaniac who thinks they can do anything without any accountability. They hire people on contract basis and make them work like a permanent employee without any benefits. The contract is often breached as it is drafted in their favour. Micromanaging is on another level by the founder itself, maybe she doesn’t have anything better to do She ll look at your washroom breaks, deduct leaves on wfh days (ridiculous, right?) If she notices that you are getting friendly with a co worker from a different department , she ll call u out and question as well. You can survive here only if you are a people pleaser and boot licker...Read More

It has a toxic work culture and internal politics. The upper management is useless including the ceo/founder They keep timing your loo breaks, such is the level of micromanaging There is no scope of learning here plus competent employees are not appreciated
