Likes

Their is good relationship between staffs and also good inter-relationship among junior and support staff.The environment is challenging as the patients are impatient so you get to learn a lot dealing with them.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Poor language barrier with the patient as most are of different community.

Work Details

Taking vitalnsigns for the patients,admitting patients to ward,giving medication to patients,health education to patients and relatives,feedback to doctors on patient progress and intervene appropriately,care of post operative patients.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
