Work life balance depends on the project you are allocated. The purpose of service based company is focused mostly on-time delivery. No drastic appraisal hike appreciation but verbally employees will love you and give more projects will be granted which enhances your skillset to higher level.

Satisfaction: Ground-level employees are undermining careers, working from 9 to midnight. despite of skills the project allocation is not great and have to comply with what HR allocates the professional development program is non-existent and no perks and allowances during pandemic didnt get a hike after 2 years of bond and even after 3rd year hike was merely 5%

I was deputed to continental , till the time you are at client place you are in safe zone .

Once you off the client project you need to come back to the LTTS back and then they will act like you are enemy for them , they will force you to resign , I will specifically mention the name of my manager (Jay Dev Tiwari) , he was the worst manger I ever seen in my career !
