Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Lot of things. Very salary, no promotion. Money spent only on marketing videos, events and for top managements. No salary if you stay for more than 5years. Hr openly said me to look job outside if you need more salary!! I was top perfomer. Fake reviews on glass door by giving 250 rupees t shirt to those who provide good reviews. So cheap mentality of hrs.

...t gives deputation amount per month when a person is deputed to client location. Salary is OK when joining only.

Dislikes

They do not have good portals for attendance, employee document management. Most of people works on client locations. No flexible benefits. Very less hikes. Less onsite opportunity

Variety of projects and domains. If you're lucky, you'll get the chance to work on new technologies. On site opportunities. Usually work-life balance is good. Benefits are decent. Recent cafeteria. Free snacks after 7pm (encouraging late work) Flexible work hours (mostly)

...on't match your skill set and there is high chance that the work will be junk. If you are unbilled for 2 months (bench), you won't get salary. Only 1 team outing per year. Limited to 1200Rs per head.
