Salary, promotion, onsite any perks are claimed by only the worthless. You work with idiots here called managers. They drag you down with them to their low life. Then you become one of them.

... life balance, no job training but directly push to client locations, worest at appraisal n no normalization of salary as per experience, worest insurance policies etc

No work life balance, no normalization of salary as per experience, onsite opertunites never touchs the ones foot who really deserves , too much attitude of hrs, client friendly but not employee friendly

Initially they hire at somewhat good package but they fire you immediately once you are released from project

No job security, higher management fire the juniors to save their repo. Even if you are best performer, you will be fired immediately, once you are out of project for any reason.

They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

...operate from Mysore. They are ruinning career of other location professional 6. No hike since last 2 years 7. You need to relocate every 2- month from Hyderabad to Bengaluru to Chennai to Mysore 8. Worst company ever I worked
