Most of things are okay, Food is good, but they are also planning to cut off that. Work pressure is not there in atleat my team.

No hike. 4 days office compulsory. No promotion no bonus. But so many rules and regulations. Always comes with new rules for not growing the associates.

Work life balance is best here and also job security. Companies support in adverse conditions is very good.

The salary hike is not great. If project doesnt do good the employees get affected even after putting so much hard work.

Compensation is not motivating if you start your career in Bosch. Hard earned learning will be rear as everything in Bosch is almost automated, including internal tools and technology which is not good to start your career with. Definitely it's a type of company you want to settle in your later life.
