The Work-Life Balance is Amazing. The food here is too good . Colleagues respect each other. No hierarchy. Job security.

The Salary is too less for a fresher. Also growth rate is slow. The projects are mostly in-house , so maybe it slows your career growth.

The pay scale is less compared to the market and the efforts being spent on the work. The salary increment also happens very slowly.
