Shift allowance is something we appreciate. Working as a team culture is good. Members are cooperative, supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

Compensation Culture where no additional benefits for working weekends or no additional payments for more than 5 days a week work or additional hours.

There were no bonus till today, not even one rupee they will pay for the employees benefits and for their health and also company is making profit out of employees but not doing anything for them. No proper transport facility and they expect everyone to come to office on our own risk. No holiday throughout the year especially India but for other countries they will give vacation for some days (ex: New year, Christmas) Indian festival holidays will be considered as Restricted Holiday. We have to get approval from our RM for the these festival Holiday as well. We have to work for these days as well. You will not get recognition for what you are doing from the company and also whenever you join the company will give the promotion and hikes only in the month of December end. Sad but true company is over all making profit making employees to work and not providing proper facilities for them so that they can rise the market price and to attract the investers is their over all strategy that's it. #Not taken care for Employees and their families.

Work life balance is good, Salary is good if you are experienced.

Dislikes

Not very good for freshers. Even if I work harder than most of my colleagues who are from tier-1 institutes (IIT's, NIT's, etc..) or a little experienced than me, they are getting paid alot more than me. I don't like this at all. Literally I'm good in development than many of my seniors, but still they prefer experience over skill.

The company provided excellent technical training to freshers being arranged at external sources.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The working environment was not that healthy. Again this varies from project to project.

Definately a great place to work if you are less ambitious about financial growth. Almost zero micro management. Perfect place for experienced people to get settled or for longer run.

Dislikes

Not at all recommended for freshers. Very less salary hike and confusing apraisal cycle. Unnecessary hierarchy and complex organisation structure. Full off useless managers only drawing huge amount of salary just by talking in calls 2-3 hours everyday. IJP & internal trainings are all showoff. No use at all.
