Management doesn't care for those team whose revenue is less. An employee is not responsible for a team or dept overall performance. Yes he or she can give his or her best but getting new projects or managing new projects should entirely be on top management and sales teams. Sepcially mechanical engineers are paid the least. I wouldsuggest freshers should avoid joining as it won't be fruitful in long term perspective. Long serving mechanical Employees are not treated fairly. Compensation and rewards. One hard working employee specially mechanical engineer is paid the least. Trust me it will be nightmare for earning a day's bread and butter.

company policies are good but implemented in a worst manner. JOb security was good until lockdown but not after that. Massive lay-offs are happening. Nepotism is taking front bench. No concerns for good workers, only politics prevails. Management is highly ARROGANT

I was laid off, forced to resign because i was a whistleblower against few managers. They terminated the wrongful people after investigation. But eventually I was asked to resign, they had prepared the proofs to prove I'm in bottom 10 . They killed my career, I helped management in unearthing the illegalities with proofs, but they betrayed me at the end. I will never forgive those people. My curse will haunt them...Read More
