They hired as FTC(fixed term contract) and removed within the contract ends, company is good but management is full of Politics. I led the team of 25 resources ongoing offsure also performed well, got appreciation from senior managers and clients. Have 4 yrs of experience good knowledge in the process, HR in the company told becauseof covid 19 pandemic lay off in the company but while conversation with process managers high paid employees are removing. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
