Few good managers. Customer project where you work directly work with customers and no LTTS involvment. Marketing team seems good as they do whitewash and present the organisation in the social media with lot of paid articles.

Leave about addressing the concerns, the management doesn’t even acknowledge when you raise a concern. One needs to send a huge amount of mails to get even the most simplest of the queries addressed. No work life balance. Forces you to agree on implausible project timelines and the team is staffed with inexperienced people. Teams are always in firefighting mode due to the overcommitment by the sales team to the client and lack of relevant resources in the project. To win the project from clients the project timelines and resources are truncated by the management and sales and you are forced to accept this revised (reviewed) proposals. While the proposal phase you are promised support by the management but once the project starts you are tend to defend yourself and your team and absolute no supports. Mostly all the HR and organisational employee related initiatives are like an Instagram story, far away from realties. Compensations are way behind the market standards. A new COO was brought in couple of years back and he has brought a lot of his ex-colleagues into the organisation and they in turn brought other ex-colleagues and this has caused a lot of goupism within the departments any many old timers has left the organisation. The organisation but like many others were not prepared for the work from home situation created by covid when the pandemic hit. This took a long time to be sorted. Lack of hardwares and no support gor setting up required infrastructure at employees end. Employees were often pushed to come back to the base location when other organisations were empathetic to their employees. The employees with less experience were the one to suffer the most as they were not deemed critical to be provided laptop and after initially agreeing that they could use their personal laptop this facility was also withdrawn after the first wave subsidised....Read More
