I got opportunity to work with customers from various geographies. This opportunity enables exposure to world standard engineering, technology and professional confidence.

High pressure on middle-level managers. The organization is ignorant of employee skills and the contribution made to the project and organization. In turn, leading to NO/lack of recognition, benefits, or progression. There is NO guidance towards growth from seniors. Lack appropriate career paths. Facilities and infrastructure provided to employees are substandard. However, the output expected by the management is world class. There are instances of rolling out wrong appraisal ratings to employees, which has reflected badly on the moral of the employee. This organization treats employees like resources. On the other side, the equipment, computers are considered as assets, literally. Terrible policies when it comes to retaining talented employees, which leads to attrition. No learning opportunities, management do not bother at all for the employees, no job security, just want to make the clients happy on false commitments and without providing any value, do no expect any job security
