Very decent place to learn and grow with leading industrial technology and hand-on client active projects. Interaction with client and agile methodology followed with great mentors and welcoming environment.

Dislikes

The benefits and appraisals are not upto the mark. Appraisals are designed to benefit company more than employees, with delayed process and not able to handle work force and redirect them to correct requirements. RMG department needs to improve and management need to plan smooth transition of project requirements and work force.

Compensation is very less. Company should focus on retaining their old employee rather than hiring new freshers. Lots of experienced employees have left this company because of that.
