Such a nice vessel where on can learn so many new things. It is indeed a pleasure to work in this vessel.

Dislikes

Useless management which doesn't care about men and their moral. Technical Superintendent and technical head are useless only do the blame game. Never did not can give any technical advise to the vessel. Never open and refer the equipment manuals kept in office and for ever small queries pass it as a messanger to the vessel staff.technial head and tech. Superintendent have been choosen to pass the survey of the vessel by hook and crook rather than actually solving the issues. The technical head and technical Superintendent are therefore surveyors rather than people with stron technical knowledge. Ask them any system of the vessel, they just can not explain. The crew manager has zero knowledge of technical things but decide all technical crew movement and enrollment. Favaroutism is at the peek here, favourite crew does 4 months and not so favourite cry to complete his 2 months tenure. Finally, a great company with useless management. It's a government organisation for them, they feel nobody can remove them and they have full rights to supress and dominate vessel staff.....Read More
