Worst project which was assigned to me, never imagine this kind of project and management handle by kyndryl, I will never recommend to anyone to any of my friend.

If you are a junior in your team, everything, every work you have to do. If you ask any seniors they will just tell you back to do the work. They will make you feel YOU ARE THE JUNIOR, YOU SHOULD DO ALL THE WORK, IT DOESNT MATTER HOW MUCH WORK YOU ARE DOING, IF YOU ARE FRUSTRATED ALSO YOU CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. There will be no oneto listen your shit.. people will log in attend the meetings discuss the daily work and then go to lunch dinner breakfast or god knows where. But if you have any important thing to do or you need leave you have to explain every one everything because you are a junior. If you ask any senior to do anything ( no matter you know or don’t know the thing) they will ask you back to do it but they will never take responsibility. Kyndryl is people oriented and offers a great place to work, my experience with managers was always fantastic and they treat with respect. There is also a culture of innovation where you can bring your ideas to limelight and even patent them. Leadership is also friendly and open minded

I kind of like all aspects but for the sake of the same I would call out you may not always be able to work on the most modern technologies always because it depends on the clients infrastructure and systems

The people in Kyndryl are very warm and friendly. The company recognizes that it is a people's choice and employee suggestions are consulted. Appreciate the way they're giving importance to us.

I have not got any promotion in the last 7 years. Also there are not many projects. I am struggling to find myself a different project.

Its transparency in employee policies. Its zeal to drive the learning culture and provide the existing employees to upskill and move to their choice of domain is commendable.

Though the internal movement opportunities are present, we find it difficult to get in as they expect experience and with the new upskilling the individual lags in it.

Fast and focused approach everywhere, lots of newer things and innovation. Leadership support on agile and specially different actions to be tried anywhere everywhere. Competitive pay structure and clarity of organizations strategy and outcome at all level of employees.

We are not Flat enough yet. Moreover, managers especially at higher levels (executives) don't pay much time to listen to their reportees, even if its heard at times nothing much other than diplomatic answers come out. Salaries need to be in Par with the industry, also we have been only looking at certifications to address the skill gap in the last one year so there is no opportunity for other certifications. Promotions have not been happening in regular cycles, we have approvals from account teams for progressions however the % of promotions at each of the business units are very less and this is bringing in lot of dissatisfaction amongst top performers. The idea of Flat, Fast & Focus is not really being followed, there are still many approvals required even for the smallest requirement. We are not working as one kyndryl, each business unit has its own policies for eg - utilization targets are different, resource allocations are again based on different markets and makes it very difficult for movement between markets, the affordability ID should be completely removed to ensure we have good resource movements and opportunities....Read More
