I have not got any promotion in the last 7 years. Also there are not many projects. I am struggling to find myself a different project.

Fast and focused approach everywhere, lots of newer things and innovation. Leadership support on agile and specially different actions to be tried anywhere everywhere. Competitive pay structure and clarity of organizations strategy and outcome at all level of employees.

We are not Flat enough yet. Moreover, managers especially at higher levels (executives) don't pay much time to listen to their reportees, even if its heard at times nothing much other than diplomatic answers come out. Also open culture is helpful to being innovative ideas and get instant support in a start up like environment.

What I like most about working at Kyndryl is the opportunity to solve complex challenges along side an incredible support team while driving innovation in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity for our clients.

Threre's little to dislike about Kyndryl, but If I had to picksomehting, it would be the pace of change in such a dynamic industry - it keeps us on our toes. That said, its also what makes the work exciting and rewarding..

No transparency, leadership lies, mis management, polite toxicity, stabbing you from behind is common in kyndryl. No promotion, no job security, instant exit, politics, non sense policies. Please joining, validate what I said and add more dislikes

Its transparency in employee policies. Its zeal to drive the learning culture and provide the existing employees to upskill and move to their choice of domain is commendable.

Dislikes

Though the internal movement opportunities are present, we find it difficult to get in as they expect experience and with the new upskilling the individual lags in it.

promotion as per other company policy after 3 years we automatically get promoted to next level , and here we only get promoted if any of the employee with the next level resigned then we replace them or we need to shift to other different project for promotion which is worst part. I hope management look into this policy .

Equal opportunities and fair treatment to all diverse communities.

The companies culture is infiltrated with people who were there in the parent organisation for about 25-35 years which has declined the quality of the work. They build things for their growth and are least bothered about the company's progress. These people in the top management and responsible for the lack of growth of other invididuals.

Employee centric Good for female employees as well Learning opportunities Management at least listens to your issues. The communication is always two ways here. Good Health policy and term policy. Allowances. If you work hard, that is acknowledged.
