No growth or promotion in spite of more than 3 years of High performance in the team with an extra workload of people who left in the team.

How do you feel when the company doesn't value your efforts by not giving you what you deserve in terms of hike and promotions in spite of taking the extra workload of the people who left the company and performing well and doing everything in due time with no escalations and by extending shifts to fulfil everything assigned. Do you feel like it's time to leave the company or how you deal with the feeling of it. Top management people are getting hike and promotions but the bottom of the pyramid don't get it no matter how good they perform. How you would deal with this situation and how would you feel. Please share your experiences and thoughts and suggestions for this situation that I'm in right now. It would help a lot to see the path going forward in my career. Thank you.

What’s worse? No recognition or seeing people who do half the work get double the benefits? It’s demotivating AF

It feels like modern-day slavery with fancier terms. Is this job even worth the mental and physical toll?
