Thank you for all your comments, New role excites me for sure and I feel the work life balance is also might better cos the current one I will slog from 9 to 8p.m everyday. The deciding factor is only on salary ofcourse but I heard from current colleagues that there is a room for growth and benefits wise both org are same I believe and my current team members are in US currently and they are in the same org for more than 6-10 years
