Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The company having extreme growth in electrical designing in automotive and switchgears also shows outstanding performance by engineers of KSD technologies at site deputations. Very knowledgeable staff in various technical softwares such as zuken e3, Ecad and so many tools. Good working environment and supporting colleagues and staff. Happy to have a part of KSD technologies and team.

Dislikes

I don't think that there is any dislike about KSD technologies. May be you just control your much higher expectations then there is no any reason to hate anyone.

I have spent 3 years in KSD technologies and still continuing at site deputation BHEL Bhopal. Company provided the best knowledge which helps you to give best performance in work.
