There is nothing to be liked about.

Dislikes

Women are not safe there. Job security is zero. There is no growth in career. The owner needs someone who can buttering him, going out with him wherever he wants, rather than the work. There is nothing to be learned about.

No job security. Have to work overtime without paid. There is a lot of politics between the Boss and the employees.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
