There's nothing much about the company but the man who works for the company would be pointed, blamed and insulted and those who are not working gets appraisal and salary hikes and leave and worst part is for internship there's tax deduction.

Dislikes

No festive moments or company trips amd not even proper career you will find , and you can regret once you join.

The one thing which has been like in kovida ltd is the way my team lead encouraged me and how to design a project in an easy and fast manner and explaining new techniques in software and how to explain about project to leads and management. The company does not provide any benefits like a cab, Meals, Overtime, and etc.

Dislikes

The one thing which I don't like is work-life balance, appraisal, job security, and other team responsibilities

Kovida ltd is an E-Learning Company. My role in kovida ltd is creating designs for classes based on the content which is giving by the subject matter export. The SME will give in Document format and explain what they want to show-case to students.
