No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff

No feedback is taken from frontline staff before framing the products/ processes, more of meetings, upper management has no interaction with frontline staff to motivate and clearly communicate companies vision and mission. Pay parity is missing within teams

Staff are being torture brutal behaviour no off allowed by NOM. It is like own proprietorship firm being run in Kotak bank by Retail Assets operations senior management specialy I would like to name Mr.John Fernandes Not good over all

Manually interventions no automation in system so pathetic kind of processing of entire system It like Kotak is running 10 yrs behind then what HDFC , ICICI and Axis are using interface. Kotak is good for salary hike and appraisal. You can get salary hike and promotion time to time if you perform well.

Dislikes

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.

No banking system , customer dissatisfaction, accounts will open 5/7 days after the processing , no worklife balance . Branch manager have to do everything. Recruitment is pathetic. So called RMs are not capable like other bank sales officers also . Bank need business like icici , HDFC , but system is like co operative banks . Products are sucks.
