There is no point of view for asking what do you like about working in kotak….

Very bad management system.. shift time start from morning 9.30 to evening 6.30… but they ask to come at 9.15am and logout after 7.30pm.. And there is no tea break in the morning neither in the evening… employee will get only 30 minutes or lunch break after 2.15.. About HR they are not supportive they are just like you are in salesso you have to compromise these kind things… As per RBI policy 2 or 4 Saturday consider as banking holiday but there is no holiday means you have to work on that day without getting paid… If you want a good work life then don’t go with kotak...Read More
