Every organisation is good in terms of work environment and management There is nothing kind of dislike with kotak Mahindra bank ltd as per my view. As being a performer i was been addressed by the management and taken forward for a better role

Work Details

I had joined kotak last 4 years back as relationship manager and my aim was to be at a managerial level post 3 years of my joining. Was quite focused and dedicated towards my which paid off very well And now i am a team leader handling a tea
