Had a bad experience with kotak. Because politics are too much here the one who are deserving does not get promotions. Rude managers don't know the way to speak. Sales pressure too much.False commitment in interview they say sales is not important it's your wish if you want to earn incentives then you can but in reality the sales thing only matters to them.
