It's very worst experience here we appointed as a Relationship manager for customers.

Dislikes

but we won't provide any service to customers only sales. Their is no services job satisfaction is completely pathatic. On be off of dooing job as a VRM sitting simply in home is better. No incentive, no work life balance. More presure

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
