I am ex employee of these company i served the company from 2016. work culture was ok some times it was very bad . Management is confused who are in the team . Company policies are some times good some times they changes their policies when employees are leaving the office for some reason. Its very painfull for old employees who are working from long time. Giving their best

Management decission. They took a snr for better output but they took wrong person for the dept. Now all the effort is going down Hope they will do the correction. Hope they will Take a good knowledgeable person .

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
