Poor Quality product full of bugs Low quality software development practices only focusing to get things done and keep solving bugs Management folks are very noob with their vision for the organisation New management folks hired are even terrible, no tech knowledge, just have big show attitude

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
