My supervisor is a good person but his supervisor is worst

Dislikes

There are no benefits for employees.. they are always focusing on promoting their brands but not focusing on employee career development. Promotional posts everywhere in org forums, as well as linkedin Instagram etc. If you do good to your employees, they promote your brand. You don't have to hire someone to promote it in social media and increase your followers. When I was working, they were giving Koch branded hoods and deducted around 2k inr from employees salary. Very worst method of seeking attention from people. Treat your employees well, they will take this company to places....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
