If you are a normal contributor for which role you are hired then you are not gonna get any hike, unless you are a margin contributor.

Dislikes

Too much into implementing policies however not in practical. If you are a having more experience then job security is less as they will replace you with freshers. No Bonus No work from home will be allowed. It is strictly restricted. Company don't care what the shit is happening in your life. By hook or crook you have to come to office.

No likes. Toxic management spineless non existent HR will be charged for cab chicken neck leaders. This company is going to collapse very soon. High attrition rate nor good compensation they will you work in a captive but culture is worse than a BPO.

I have worked here 3 years. Can you imagine there will be no proper space and chairs for employees to work. That kind of third class environment management has created on this company. Apethetic management, they made horrible atmosphere to work. Too many favourisms. Majority of supervisors are bucketing to managers. They not even bothered about employees grievances.
