Amenities are great. They have invested a lot in the office interior design and furniture which is best.

Dislikes

Completely poor top management. In India this top leader has created their own policy and PBM principles. They are very much biased and only give growth opportunity to their regional people. No job security anytime management feels you have no dependency with process they have lot of ways they can terminate you.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
