I like their culture and the way they focus in building the awareness is truly remarkable. Additionally, they also focus in building the employee knowledge by empowering them with a ‘bottom up’ approach.

Dislikes

Talking about ‘benefits’ it’s truly less if you compare with the size of the MNC. The management is also indifferent to introduce some lucrative benefits. ‘Work life balance’ is also a concern as the work is not properly distributed among teammates and too much people dependancy.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
