Dislikes

They don't provide any kind of salary hike i.e yearly increment and bonus. They have some stupid policy which is know as MBM with which they enjoy this thing i.e not giving any monetary benefits. One can get to know this better after joining Koch.

Dislikes

Management is worst, top level management may be quite good but the managers and supervisors are worst. No transparency. CTC will be in just offer letter not in payslip

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
