Time to time salary by 10th of every month. If you want to be a good salesman this is the right one. Not for designers.

Dislikes

They will hire interior designers and ask them to do salesman job. No scope for interior designing. No recognition for your work, insted they will compare the skill of salesmen with designers. Eg :- They will ask you to sell Silver at Dimond rates and blame us that you are not working properly. Worst work environment. No chance of learning new things from seniors.
