Work Culture, Treatment towards Faculty members, the administration do not consider faculty members human beings. Apart from that, bad behaviors towards faculty members is a regular culture over there. The supremo of the university itself behaves pathetically with the faculty, according to him faculty members can be found by throwing money. He never got tired of humiliating faculty members in front of all non-teaching staffs by shaming them as 'worthless and lazy idiots'. According to him Faculty members do not work but they only think of ideas (I guess that is what we are supposed to do). There was always a fear of losing job and same was reiterated almost every day. The administration use to force the faculty members to share facebook posts of the founder, in case the same is not done they use to threat us of deducting salaries. Under several situations, the university deliberately delayed in paying salaries to the staff. They would withhold salaries for all nonsensical reasons. If I have to speak of the dark side of this university days will pass. If you need money in exchange of all your self-respect and health go and work at KIIT....Read More
