a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

i think in kengic i feel not anything like we are working on company. it is organization of labors where all work like donkey.

Dislikes

In kengic there are no any holiday no any fun activities. it is work from home but you have to be ready for support call for 24X7. kengic is not registered in india. so all chinies people trating us as a donkey. candidate has to be travel any time for poor location where sites located. This is not sutable for software developer job. falcon file the lawsute against kengic for copyright also.
