1. Good learnings about financial market 2. Abundance of knowledge. 3. Good team (Except higher authorities) 4. Sometimes Opening of the opportunities which is limited to only selected people 5. High use of AI in research work.

THE REVIEW IS FOR BOTH KEDIA ADVISORY & KEDIA CAPITAL SERIVICES The company has all those negative side which is in your mind. 1. They Hold your salary for several days after resignation. Many of them didn't receive 2. They do not provide your bonus on time (eventually forget about it) 3. They do not provide your experience certificate on time. 4. The higher officials are toxic. 5. Everyday meetings with no agenda and do not have any productive outcomes. 6. Poor memories of higher authorities which eventually leads to lot of pressure on the employees. (Your boss has not given you any task, but he will scold you Infront of everyone for not doing it) 7. It's a huge crime to prioritize your personal space 8. Personal interrogation about work and other aspects with the higher authorities most of the time gets extend to 2-3 hours which eventually leads to low productive time and you have to sit late evening to finish everything. 9. There is NO VALUE for the employees. You will be replaced overnight by those interns who do not have any experience. 70 percent of the advisory hold's interns due to low employee retention ratio. 10. The office believes in gender equality too much that they have kept common washroom for both Male & Females. 11. You will have to do all the report works and provide huge number of trading calls to the clients and also do various multitasking works but still you will be screwed up. 12. You will be highly motivated at the initial days but as the week passes on you will get demotivated automatically. 13. All your knowledge will start to shred and in no time, you will forget your talent and you will recognize yourself in a rat race. 14. Initially at meetings you will be motivated by higher authorities to place your views and reviews but as soon as you place your review about the companies' negative aspects or the area of improvement of the company then they will start to defend the company, and you will be blamed, and you will feel regret for raising the point. 15. Ideally the office time in papers is from 9:00 to 6:00 pm but the meetings are scheduled in such a way that most of the time the office hours extend till 8:00 pm. Every office may or may not have such kind of meetings, but the specialty of this office is the meetings have 0 productivity.
