There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company policies are good. Due to covid-19 they didn't supporting.very bad sutuations at lockdown period and 2 months delay salary.

Working environment ok but infrastructure not available.they didnt provide minium facilities also.politics are applied and career growth is slow . every month salary delay that only big problem.notice period days also high

The company is good and the process which i was working it's good the process name is treebo hotels booking and customer support I like the process much I learn about communication with people. First thing is in bpo sector we should have a patience too deal'with customers and listings the needs of customers and I meet new friends , they all are owsome we had fun and activities in a company

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow sometimes when less employees was there than we use to get back to back calls and salary part is on time we don't get properly and no incentive and bounce. No paid leaves they will give if it's emergency also they will give has lop
