No pressure at work in the initial days when i joined karvy in Tata capital process for lead generation. That’s all i liked bout it.

I worked 6 months with karvy in Tata capital process. I just once got my salary on the commitment date which was 1 of every month then I never get my salary on time it went to 5 , 7,8 ,4 and they never informed us that they are going to change salary date. Okay no problem we accepted after everything they told us to do work in twoprocess in the same package 15 days you will work for another process and when you will get data for your process you will do work for your process when we asked, for how long? they said it will run in the same way whenever we want. I am telling the truth. So that other people be aware of this kind of co. They had not given my salary. Even after several reminders by mail. They ignore you. In 2019 aug. I left co. They told me they will give salary after 180 days. And now the date is 27 march 2021. Still co. Has not given my salary. Even in this covid situation Iwas mailing then everyday. They don't even bother about you that you were the employee. So the co. Responsibility was to give salary on time. This co. Has never given salary on time. I was in sales process.
