Worst place to work. No coordination between management .different departments. Salary never paid properly. Worst ever.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Likes

I have learnt a lot as a teacher at Kara. Excellent learning material provided for the children and teachers. Kara conducts a lot of training for its staff. Staff is well paid. Teachers are given amazing assistants and helpers in class which puts Kara above all the other schools.
