There are no points which someone will like.

Dislikes

Their scheme is to appoint fresher teach them basics which can be learnt by any layman even from non technical background and kick them out at the time of appraisal. If they still wish to stay the increment will be maximum 1k. If you don't believe me ask anyone in the company about their salary and experience. Except the service head and the assistant service head.
