Good working environment. Teams are very supportive and management is fine. Company policies are good . They give good salary increment and bonus every year. No support during the Covid 19 Lockdown.

Initially the management was good and encouraging. After Management changed, our hard work is not considered and there is no job security.

The Job is interesting . I struggled a lot in the begining because there was no proper training .I learnt everything through my hard work. I got a chance to work in different departments during my career in K.Mohan & Company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
