It's very nice company, when I was working there that time my staff also very nice, the director of Mr. kisan aher Sir is very great man. I feeled very secure in my work time either i worked extra time. But some employers make politics so I leave the job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
