Terrible work life balance. Feels like working in a jail with a jailer scrutinising even your bathroom breaks. No KRAs mentioned for any job title. You would be expected to deliver even in areas out of your expertise as the company wouldn't hire required no. Of people to do the job and hence over burden the current employees. Would never pay salaries on time and would make employees spend from their pocket on office assignments...Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
