The company is very good company and I'm happy to work this company again. I learnt many things about HFC gas clean agent system. Salary is not bad compared to indian comapany. I learnt many good things from Korean staffs about punctuality and sincerity. I'm always very interested to work in good Korean company.

Dislikes

Jungdo is very good company but management is very poor in India. I had terrible experience in Staff's welware. For my experience, JUNGDO did not give me any credit. I Need to stand at site more than 10 hours per day. There is no time period for duty hours. Minimum 12-13 hours will be working per day. And in a month most of the time 3-4 Sundays we have to work. There is no job security. Suddenly they will quit our jobs...Read More
