Salary available on date or in 2 days. Work time 9.30am to 6pm if there is no urgent work load.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Company policies changes daily or weekly according to an issue that day happened. No leaves, first they removed our annual leaves, and now removed cash leaves, sick leaves and government holidays too. No appraisals for our honest and hard works. Scold for others as well as managements mistake too. No coordination between GM and MD in work schedule to employees, both give different works at same time. No good salary hike. Career growth is too slow....Read More

Actually adjusting. I learnt everything on the job. And also learnt everyones character. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team. But less salary forced me to concentrate on single job.
